Page redirection isn't working

I am providing BOTH cheque payment and PayPal payment options on my forms which always seems to cause trouble.

I cloned another form (which had initially been working), tested it and it was working but after it went live, people who were selecting the PayPal option were being sent to the Cheque Summary page.  I made a clone of the clone to try to fix it.  NOW when a person selects Cheque for "How do you wish to pay?", the form goes to the PayPal summary page even tho there is a condition that is supposed to make the Cheque option go to the Cheque Payment page.  

I'm almost at the point of going to another forms service provider since I am spending far too much time trying to fix these issues each time I clone a form.  But thanks for your help.

I cloned your form and have been checking it, I can see there are some conditions with missing fields, please note that they may be generating conflicts between the other conditions. 

I would recommend you to fix the errors or disable the conditions with missing fields:

I have also reviewed your form and noticed you have added the payment integration, please do note that if the payment integration is filled the form will always redirect to the PayPal payment page as the payment needs to be completed, once the payment is completed your users will be redirected to the form's thank you page. 

I would recommend you to hide the payment integration based on the selected made on the field "Total Amount Owing", if the selected option is PayPal then you show the payment field, otherwise you could show the other fields and perform the calculation.
