missing submission that comes up on excel spreadsheet

Why isnt my submission that I search for coming up when I can see it in excel downloads? ie: Raivyn Hearne

If the submission is being included in exported data, it should be included in your submission data.  Let us know as much detail of the submission that is missing and we will see what we can find. Email address of the submitter would be most helpful.  I did a quick check for the name you mentioned in the following form and could not find anything.
