I have two problems regarding the upload file box.

    Problem 1; When you upload a file, it does not show that you have uploaded anything, but after hitting submit you can see the title of the file you uploaded.

    Problem 2; After submitting the form, I get an email with the user's information. When I click on the file they uploaded, I get an error page. 

     

    How to I fix this? It is a job application and need for potential employees to see that they have submitted their resume in the upload file box successfully and I need to be able to click on the resume and be able to read it.

    I deleted the original upload form box and recreated it. That seemed to work. It's now showing that you've uploaded something and I can open that file when I receive the email.
