Will my forms data remain intact if I downgrade my account?

am on a bronze account because I will receive more than 10 payments allowed on Free for August and Sept, but then downgrade my plan to free in October, will all my data and form remain in tact?

All free accounts can only store a total of 500 submissions. If you have 1, 000 submissions in a month then downgrade later, the system will automatically delete the first 500 submissions to keep you on the limit. In short, your form's data will not remain intact in your account. 

If you wish to keep all 1, 000 submissions for later usages, you may consider downgrading your account to the Storage plan. This plan is basically a free plan with unlimited submissions storage. You will be prompted with this plan if you downgrade with more than 500 submissions. 

 

Or, simply download your form submissions before downgrading to have a backup.
