You have two accounts, manynha_9 and manynha,  under the same email address "magda.geraldo@sulbrasilrh.com.br".

If you forgot the password for the account the account username "manynha_9", simply click on the "Forgot password?" link when attempting to log in, then put your username(manynha_9), and the reset instruction will be sent your email address.
