Why the Terms & Conditions widget is not working properly?

In my form: https://form.jotform.co/72225025076853 I have the terms and conditions widget. When I test my form and click the widget and then submit the form, it still says that the field is required even tho I have already accepted and clicked the field.

Whats wrong?

PS: I am not using a link for terms, only text.

The issue is related to the link of the Terms and the fact that you're not using it.

So the easiest solution would be to just replace that field with a regular check box (it will do the same thing):

Just put one option in it "I Agree to Terms & Conditions", make it required and that will do the trick.
