    Forwarding emails not working

    We created a contact form and when someone fills out the form it does not send an email to me and I missed about 20 email inquiries which cost me business. I can have this happen in the future and need to know what can be done to make sure that this does not happen again. Please advise and send the email correspondence to:

    The email k**101@yahoo.com was added to our server's bounce list, due to the following reason (given by Yahoo):

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email n= ot accepted for policy reasons. Please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/e= rrors/postmaster-27.html [120]'

    I am not exactly sure why this is happening, but I have configured your notification to its optimal settings and removed the address from our bounce list.

    You should be receiving alerts from here on out. If it occurs again, it is best to contact Yahoo for this problem, or better yet, use a different email (such as Gmail) for your form notifications.

    By the way, the 20 email inquiries you have missed can be found on your form's submissions page.
