Not receiving notification email

    We are occasionally not receiving e-mail notifications from our AVE Video Conference Support Request Form.

    The email recipient (AV**Scheduling@disney.com) associated with the form named (AVE Video Conference Support Request Form) is not on our bounce list. I did a test submission and I can see in the email logs that emails are being sent successfully. Here's the screenshot of the email logs:

    Please check your Spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam. 

    Also, please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP addresses and domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
