There are records missing - recently - earlier today everything was working fine, now i'm going back to check records again and they are gone!!
Not all of them, - e.g. in my WebDeal Reservation form I had 4-5 records for date 2017-08-20 (20th August 2017) this is for customers that are supposed to be turning up this coming Sunday - now only one of them is there!
I have checked what i'm typing and tried different ways, logging in and out, different devices etc - still nothing.
I have about 3300 records / submissions for this form, so I searched on a product type i've sold thousands of - it returned like 14 records!!!!
It's never done this and I am extremely worried i've just lost a whole lot of customer data and I've got no idea who is turning up on what dates - please can someone help asap?

I think you are referring to the "Course Date" field, I have been testing your submissions and found there is indeed only one submissions for the date "2017-08-20".
Do you have any email that you received from a different submission than the one currently showing up on your form?
I have also tried to recalculate your submissions and the number still seems the same, there does not seem to be any other submissions for that date.
I would recommend you to provide us with a submissions email different than the current one on your form, that will help us to track what happened to the rest of your submissions.

yes absolutely, I have emailed copy of multiple submissions for that start date. Also in excel download of all submissions.
Which email address should i forward it to?
this is a serious problem as if we can't trust the search we have no idea how many have been sold or may have too many people arriving for check in than we have capacity for.
