I got an email last night saying our Jot Forms was set to expire since we reached our free limit. I paid last night. But today the forms stopped working. I need to get them fixed ASAP since customers can't reach us now.

We really apologize for inconvenience caused. We have already now shifted from using plimus as payment gateway for new activations and that would be the reason why your account wasn't upgraded.
I will process a refund for you from plimus for the payment made and will suggest you now make a new payment via other 3rd part payment gateway fastspring.
Since the refund will take about 2 weeks to reach your account i will request you first make payment using your credit card to ensure your account is upgraded awaiting refund.
For now i have cleared your accumulated form submissions to allow you access your account and submitted forms.
