Import Feature - Buggy creates duplicate submissions

Hi,

I tried using the import feature for the first time today. 
I followed all the instructions and did everything correctly. But I think there is a bug. After import the form says something like this:

Import Successful 
3 submissions created
21 fields in each submission

But then when I go and check the submissions page for the form there were actually 6 submissions created. 3 correct and 3 duplicates. 

Please fix this bug. 
Sorry I didnt provide screenshots and other info. I normally do but dont have time today to put that all together. I did the CSV import.

I tested the import app and the submissions imported fine. 

They weren't duplicated.

Also, please be mindful that the Import application will not check previous imports, so if you try to import again it will do it, therefore it will duplicate the submissions.

Could you please provide the form ID so we can take a closer look?
