I want to make 3 Text Boxes in a row

All I want to make is 3 text boxes in a row vertical not lines.

I want to stay with the same format as my jot form page.

If you go to my page scroll down you'll see a large box for legal names.

I want to do away with the large box and individualize each box for

their        Name        Age       Dob          

I hope this better explains what I'm trying to do.

You can use configurable list Widget in your case. They can input more person by clicking the "+" button too. I have cloned your form so you can check it out or clone it again.
