Hello guys I would like to add a mask where the user needs to type 9 or 8 digits. I entered the mask (##) ##### - #### however I want the form to be sent if the user just type (##) #### - ####. In short, I need the field to have the following masks: (##) ##### - #### (##) #### - #### This mask represents a phone number for Brazil.

As far as I know, you can not set two input mask in one field. Still Jotform support team will let you know if so is possible.

But here's another way which might solve your problem.

Create two different phone number field with two different input mask as per your requirement as shown in following image :

Then set up a condition as form can get submitted with either one fill filed from both of them.

    Please see following image :

This way user won't be able to submit form by leaving both the fields empty and he/she has to enter one compulsory field. You can change condition as per your requirement.

    Hope this helps!

Let me know if I can help you further.

It is possible to have "Input Mask" in the Phone field. Here's how:

Click the "Phone Number" field and then click the "Properties" button. Go to "Options" and turn on the "Input Mask". Put the format you want and then verify the changes.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
