The reasons why an email address is in bounce list can be many, but if the email is in the bounce list it simply means that your server is rejecting the emails (either all, some, or under specific circumstances).

Please ask your email service provider to white list JotForm ip addressess included in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
