Why are customers not able to submit form?

    I've had 2 people receive a "submission denied" message after they've completed all fields and gotten to the end of filling in their form.  This has happened twice that we know of; although I know others have had successful submissions.  Can you provide any insight as to why this would be happening?

     

    Our fear is that it's happening to others and  we not know about it!

    Hello rphsroyals,

    What error message are your users getting when they try to submit form? I did check your form and found that you have enabled "Unique Submission" setting and configured it as "Check Cookies only". Please check the screenshot below:

    That is the reason why your users are not able to submit form more that once. Please note that "Check Cookies Only (Loose check)" setting will prevent multiple submission from same browser. If you want your users to allow multiple submission, I would suggest you to disable unique submission by selecting "No Check".
