How can i ask multiple questions on one page?

    Only 4 questions. It is still asking me to put next between each question. How can i do it so that all question shows up on one page?

    Hi,
    I have checked your account. You are using our new form layout and it has one field in per page. For changing this, there is an option in your account settings. You can uncheck New Form Layout option as you can see below.
