It is a payed Bronze Plan.
The advertising is in the bottom of the copy to customer.

I did check your account and found that you have already disabled "JotForm Branding" from your account setting page. Please check the screenshot below:
Your forms should not display any JotForm branding. I did check your form's auto-responder email alert and the email template still had JotForm branding being displayed. I have gone ahead and deleted it from your form's auto-responder. Please check the screenshot below:
Now the auto-responder email will not display JotForm branding. Do test and get back to us if the issue persists.
