Hi. I have search the forum, but I seem not to be able to find a solution. I have users entering data into a form. This form is at the end forwarded pr. email to me and to the user.
Both emails arrives with an attached pdf with a very long number - see below. Each user enters which event it concerns. It would be great to have this form field (the event name) included in the name instead of the a non saying number.
I use the Dropbox integration and receive a pdf name something.pdf in my Dropbox folder. It woudl be great to have something similar straight out of the JotForm box.
Using the pdf creator result in the same behavior with a longnumber named pdf.
Yes I have found another tread, but not a solution https://eu.jotform.com/answers/825534-Attached-PDF-file-on-emails-Capability-to-set-a-custom-name-to-the-PDF-attached-

Unfortunately, you cannot rename the attached PDF file in the email alerts or the downloaded PDF file on the Submissions page. By default, the file name of the PDF is the submission ID.
The thread you provided was escalated to our developers as a feature request. However, it is not yet available and the ticket status is still open.
Thank you for your understanding.
