Received incomplete form submission without REQUIRED PAYMENT field.

    See the submission for http://www.jotform.com/submissions/20744126193147

Only 1 of the 3 shows the completed payment field.  The other 2 (duplicates) show no payment And IT IS REQUIRED.

I saw in forum thread about checking for java being active but the link displayed NO information.   Could this be the situation with my submissions?  Can the information be re-posted for how to check for Java and if No Java, don't display the form ??

My guess is indeed the guy that filled in your form (twice) has got javascript disabled on his browser.

I am not sure what you mean about this javascript enabled check. You wouldnt be able to do that on a remote web browser anyway, only on your own PC.

I would be more worried if another 2 or 3 came through (from different locations) with a required field missing, but I think its safe to assume with some kind of confidence that this chap just had javascript disabled.

At least, you have his email address and you can follow up and find out if his interest is genuine.
