Hi I am wanting to use your forms for monitoring food safety compliance. I feel these forms have huge potential to be used by all food manufactures, restaurants, cafes etc Millions of potential users. However This use would require alot of data on each form.
I'm struggling to shorten elements so I can fit 2 or more elements on each row. I was hoping I could use a table, but the closest thing I can find is a spreadsheet but that won't let me customize the headings/titles.
Attached is a sample form I'm trying to recreate online. In the screen shot or page 32 of the weblink. Any help would be greatly appreciated

This guides can help you to position the two or more fields in one row:
How to Position Fields in JotForm
You can also check the Input Table field.
Hope this will help.
