I am using your encrypted email messages for online applications having problems opening the messages please assist!

You need to upload your private key to decrypt the encrypted email Notification or the encrypted submissions.

I was not able to find any account that is associated with the email address you used to post this thread. Also, on the website you provided I was not able to find JotForm form. 

If you still have issues with your encrypted form, please provide us the ID of your form or the exact webpage URL where the form is embedded.
