Users are not receiving autoresponder emails after submitting the form

    I have tried few times to modify setting. Those individuals who fill out my
    form or still not receiving confirmation emails

    I checked your form and the recipient for your email autoresponder has been set to a field that does not collect email addresses:

    Set this to your "Receive your pledge confirmation" field to have the autoresponder sent to the address users enter in that field.
