Querying public databases

Hello again!  I would like one of the fields in my form  (the NPI field) to query a public database, and then populate the remaining fields with the results. I am a designer, not a developer, so this one is way over my head. Is there a widget for this? The public database that I would like to query is here: https://npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov/

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!

As far as I know, there is no widget for now to handle your query. However, let me forward this to our widgets team. I can't promise that this widget will be available.

Other than that, you need a developer to do that. In the simplest case, you can provide some search results on your form to be selected by your users.
