My forms stopped sending email notifications

    I noticed that my forms haven't been sending email notifications today. Please help!

    I checked the Page URL ( and the form embedded is "UF: Tables for Moms (1st Application)."

    The email recipient ( associated with the notification email is not on our bounce list. I did a test submission to the form, could you please check if you receive the notification email? Also, please check the Spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam.

    I checked the email logs and I can see that emails are being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:

    If the issue persists, please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find JotForm's IP Addresses and Domain names on this link:
