using input from two different questions to make an item show.

Can you do something like this, I looked through the other threads and I cant find anything right now.

On question 1 = Monday and on Question 2 = yes then show another question?

I have created a sample form for you indicating the conditional logic you have asked. Below is my cloned form you can access it to review this option:

For you to set the logic as per your request, you will need to have form element where one can choose an option like Monday. You need to make this form element mandatory so form users can not skip this element. You then have another single choice element for option to either choose yes or no. You will create the additional question  but this field will be hidden.

Then you will go to setting and setup condition as shown below:
