Hi Jotform Support,
I'm having trouble generating a PDF of my form. I click to create a PDF, make selections and continue, then it says it's working but nothing happens (See screenshot) I even cloned the form to make it simpler in case it was too complicated for a PDF -- same problem. Please let me know if there is another way of generating a PDF. Thanks!

I cloned your form to test it and I am able to reproduce the issue. It seems related to the new form layout. I will forward this to our developers to have a look. We will let you know as soon as we have any updates.
For now, if you require fillable PDF forms, you can disable the new form layout and create a new form. You can disable the new form layout from the account settings page:

Create PDF function for the forms in the new form layout is fixed. You can convert any of your forms to PDF. However, I cloned your form and checked it on my side. Unfortunately, some of the fields are missing in PDF layout. I informed the assigned developer for this matter too. Once the problem is fixed, you will be notified via this thread.
