Emails are not being sent

    In the submission window I can see where previous submissions have been sent, represented by a closed envelope icon.  The ones that haven't sent have an open envelope icon next to them.

    I have checked the only form in your account and I see that it has 5 email notification recipients.

    The opened envelope icon and the closed envelope icon you see on the submission page is used for marking read and unread submissions.

    The status of the icon also changes if you read the submission from the Inbox in MyForms page.

    If you want to check the email history of your account, you can go to the history section of your account following this guide — How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    Sent email attempts are marked as SENT and failed email attempts are marked as FAILED or IN BOUNCE/BLOCK LIST.

    If the email attempt is marked as SENT but you still didn't receive the email notification in your email's inbox, I suggest you check its Spam Folder. I would also suggest you refer to this guide — Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
