How can I get it ad free?

When a person submits a request form I do not want the create a Jot form to be at the bottom of my Submission.

While editing your form, click the "Settings" tab, then the "Emails" tab.  Mouse over the email you want to remove the branding from and click the pencil icon to open the editor:

From there, any remaining branding can be deleted.  Save your changes to update the email.
