I am using a form on my site and don't know if it's working?

    I have heard that people have submitted my jot form survey but I haven't received the email...

    Any idea what's wrong?

    It seems to be working, I have tested the form here https://theforeverbracelet.com/design-order/. Our email logs are showing emails sent to your email address.

    The emails may have been filtered as spam by Google. We suggest going to your spam box, find the emails there, select them all and mark them as Not Spam. This will whitelist Jotform to your end and will make the succeeding emails to appear in your inbox.
