I find this impossible to do with conditional logic. A workaround would be to use a Single Entry field then enable input masking:
https://www.jotform.com/help/381-Getting-Started-with-the-Basics-of-Input-Masking
You can conditionally set an input mask in a field, here's our guide for this method: https://www.jotform.com/help/358-How-to-Set-Content-Mask-on-a-Form-Field-Based-on-Another-Field-Input.
Let me know if this works or not.

I tried the condition above but didnt work. Even if the field ends with a letter it hides de next button.
If I use a mask the it will impossible to right less than the mask permits right?
I wanna put a limit with 20 symbols but my problem it is when the person ends with " " (space). This counts as a symbol. -

As explained by my colleague above, will not be possible to achieve it with condition. Using input mask you will not be able to type a space between the string and if the characters typed are less than the limit then you will not be able to submit the form.
There is a character counter widget, but it counts spaces, please find the widget here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/character_counter
You will also find a demo form on the widget's page.
If you want, we could open a feature request so the widget does not count spaces. Please let us know.

I said Thanks haha I didnt know about this widget. The count space is necessary, this is perfect.
