Why is my Payment Product not showing up?

The payment product section of my form is showing in edit view but not showing up in preview or published versions. I clearly selected the option to have it show in the form. 

I've attached two screenshots showing what i see in edit view.

Can you try removing it and adding it again. It will automatically configure how you left it. But you will need to click on the yellow message to show the field.
