Can I use data collected from my form to prefill the billing information fields on the payment method field so the customer doesn't have to enter their address twice?

Thank you for your answer.  I decided to leave the address field but turn off the requirement for people just if "their mailing address is different from their billing address".

Now that you mentioned it, I just realized that you can use conditions to hide an address field if the user selects "Yes" in a question "Same billing address?".

    Here is an example:

You can clone the form to study how it is done. However, in your case, billing address would be that of Paypal's, so the actual address field will be hidden in case billing address is the same as the registrant's address.
