A number of contributors are unable to send the form?

Recently I have had a number of contributors who are trying to use my forms but state that once filled in they can not send the form, can you advise what I need to do, please?

Hi,

Could you please share us more information? What form you are referring to and what specific error messages does your user get? Is the form embedded on a website?

It would be hard for us to identify the problem with few details.
