We taken payment by square and not all payment are being processed. The JotForm comes to us with no payment detail and no payment has been taken by Square? This has happened about 4 times out of about 100 payment and this last week we have had this happen 3 times. so it is getting more regular. what is going on?

The product field is not required which means anyone can skip the payment process and just submit the form without it. You may consider making it as a required field. You'll see, the submissions in your screenshot are blank. That shows they skip the field.
If a product is selected, you should see it in the submission's email or submissions page. There's no way you cannot see the selection. If a product is selected, and you'll see the payment details, but you didn't receive the payment on Square, then there's an issue. But I believe the required validation is the problem, not the integration itself.

We have now made the payment section part of the forms as required. We will see if it persists. Thanks for the help and quick response.
