How do I change the email that notifications on form submissions go to?

    I am using jotforms for my non-profit dog club.  I have a forms to allow participants to enter their dogs into a number of different dog events.  When someone completes the form a confirmation notice is sent to my email address.  How can I set a different email address for each form so that different members of my club get emails associated with the event they are managing???
