I cannot seem to insert anything into an existing form tonight.

For example dragging a dropdown into "Renocore - Appointment" just doesn;t drop it in. Nothing seems to happen.  It works ok if I create a new form.

    Any comments would be appreciated.

Hello bubbbab.  Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try again.  It might have something to do with an old, stored incomplete data in your computer that might be causing this.

Please let us know if it still does not work or if you need further assistance.

I've cleared everything except stored passwords, and I still have the same issue.  Whats also strange is that, in that form, where the two options are form style or setup and embed, when I click on form style, there are no options across the top.

This seems really strange to me. It must be something at my end, I just can't figure out what.

Thanks for the response to date.

Now that I look, this seems to be only for the "renocore" forms on my account. Not sure if that's significant.

I just cloned your 2 renocore forms and was able to insert new field elements on them..

So, it must be really on your end.

How about cloning those renocore forms and try editing them after.

Please use this guide How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form .

Please inform us if issue persist.

I see that you are using Internet Explorer 7. That might be the problem. We will look into what is causing this problem on IE 7. But, for now, can you use a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox?
