I cannot get the thank you page to add link OR I cannot add redirect url

I am trying to customize the Thank you page but I keep getting the generic thank you and the redirect does not work

I cloned your form to have a look and there is a conditional thank you page:

If the signature panel is filled, it will always redirect to the thank you page set up in that condition, which looks to be the default page.  Remove that condition and the thank you page you are trying to present should be shown.
