What will be the cost of yearly subscription plan?

    Hello
    We were looking for the current account we already have:
    Username: juan.rozas
    In the conditions i'd ask, how much would cost the:
    Bronze Plan
    Silver
    Gold
    Considering one year renewal, public institution discount and payment using
    international wire transfer?

    Click on "Upgrade" under any subscription to see all pricing for that specific subscription.  If you are approved for the non-profit or educational discount, the pricing would be 50% off those prices.

    You will get a Congratulations Email once you have been approved. I recommend you wait for the approval first before doing anything on your account. Once you are approved, proceed with the upgrade using the UPGRADE links provided on the email you received.

    My problem is this account has passed from one department to another into
    my organization, so, we have not access to the email.
    Is there another way to know if we are already with not profit discount?
    Anyway, must I applied again to this discount for this period?

    The juan.rozas account is already in our Nonprofit Pricing. To confirm, have a look at the latest invoice generated for that account. The invoice should indicate "JotForm Bronze Monthly Non-Profit". So, you won't need to re-apply.

    Hello,
    I`m sure we have the non-profit discount, and we want the silver account
    for a yearly payment using international wire transfer.
    My big doubt is can you generate an invoive for me for this configuration,
    because we`re affraid that it could be charge to the credit card is already
    associate to my account.
    Our payment aproval process could take 40 days aprox.
    We are really intrested in get jotform account

    You can update the credit card associated with your account from the account billing page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Click on "Change credit card" and a menu will pop-up to allow for updating your credit card.

    If you need a new email for the non-profit discount, update your account email address from the account profile page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

    Then submit a new application.

    I wont change my credit card, I want generate an invoice for yearly payment
    without the risk of be charge in the credit card at the of this month and
    the risk of canceling my account for no payment.

    You can generate an invoice/purchase order from the links in the approval email.  Here is how to do so:

    If you do not have access to the email account that received the original approval email, you may need to submit a new application to receive a fresh email.  It is only possible to access the discounted pricing through the non-profit application approval email.

    I click upgrade, but the system charge me the silver yearly plan to my
    credit card, then I made a downgrade, but it is still charge

    I refunded the payment for the Silver subscription charge.  It looks like the system did indeed switch the subscription rather than offering an the purchase order option.  Apologies.  I have refunded the charge and you should see the refund posted to your card in the next 5-7 business days.

    If you need an invoice prior to purchase that is specific to your account, we may need to cancel your subscription before our system can generate one.  We do not currently have an invoice for non-profit subscriptions.  The most recent invoice for your subscription does show the correct pricing:

    Thanks for the information,
    So, we see two alternatives, in both cases we are thinking in buying for 3
    years.
    1) Make all the process considering the 195dls for every year, do an
    international wire transfer for us$585. Then, you can upgraded our account
    manually.
    2) Make all the process for a profit account using the options for wire
    transfer and then coordinate a symbolic refund with more time or an best
    plan.
    Given you cant generate and invoice for my non profit account, can you
    generate an manual quotation or purchase order for the 3 years grand total
    ?

    We do not currently offer 3 year subscriptions.  We do offer 2 year subscriptions.  The price for a 2 year Silver subscription at the non-profit rate would be $370.50.  This is the normal 2 year Silver subscription at $741.00 with a 50% discount.
