signatures are collected when forms are completed but the link to the signature doesn't work for some reason.

The link you shared with us should work when you are logged to your account in the same browser where you are accessing it. It should, however, give you a "404 Error" message when you are not logged.
Please give it a try and let us know if you still encounter any issues after logging in.
If you want to view/download uploaded files in your form without being required to log in to your account first, you can uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy option from your accounts settings — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
