Why there is no Page Elements Section on builder's Basic Form Elements?

I have been trying to get Section Collaspers to work on my forum. Some images

As you can clearly see, there is no divider section. How can I make it so I can 'see' the dividers?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, the reason there is no Page Elements section under Basic Form Elements of the builder page is that your form is in the new form layout.

With the new form layout, only one field is allowed per page. Therefore, Page Breaks are by default present on each page and Section Collapse and Divider is no longer needed.

If you want to create a form with the old layout, you can uncheck the "Enable New Form Layout" option of the Form Layout Settings on your accounts page — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
