Hi Team
I was meant to unsubscribe the contract today considering it the last day of my previous month.
But i received an email, that my contract is already renewed.
I have cancelled the contract now, but could you please make it effective from today?
and refund my money???

As per your request, I will cancel your Bronze plan account back to the free account and provide you a refund of the last payment.
