I sent an email before about changing my account back but received no reply. How Can I get about doing this.

I did check your account and found that your last subscription payment for premium monthly subscription was received on May 07, 2017. Since your payment for subscription renewal was not successful on June 07, 2017, your account was downgraded to free plan.
Please note that premium subscription plan is no longer available and if subscription is cancelled, it is not possible to upgrade your account back to premium plan.
