Why can't I login in and work on 2 separate accounts at the same time – using 2 different browsers? I have one Jotform account opened in Firefox, I can login to my other Jotform account in Safari, but it tells me I don't have any forms when I actually have some forms already created. Please explain.

You should be able to log in to separate accounts across multiple browsers to view forms. I checked from both my support account and a couple test accounts. Try using the same browser, the one that is working and log into one account in incognito/private mode. It should allow for both accounts to be used at the same time.
