I try to understand how could I allow comma inside number field.
Because of my geolocalisation in france we Use comma instead of dot
How I do that ?
I'm not talking about calculation field I just want to allow my customer insert the right format inside a number field.
Can't use widget

In I understand you correctly, you want to enable your users to input comma inside a number field and you do not want to use widget or form calculation field.
Would you possibly consider using text element instead of Number element and then have placeholder showing user how to fill the element?
Kindly do let me know if this might work for you.

Jotform is not French User friendly. When I need to use Number field I except to have the possibility to input comma.

I have investigated this issue and I am sending it to our Level 2 to add it as a feature. I may not give you an estimated assignment time (ETA) when this might be released, but once we get an update we will post it here.
My sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused.

I think it will be more useful to be listed as a bug rather than a feature.
A feature will never be implanted.
Jotform act like it is french frendly and all the page a translated in french it's misleading

Bugs refer to something that is present but not currently functioning. A feature request refers to a feature that is not yet present but the user would like added. Unfortunately we cannot reclassify a request in the hopes that it gets added faster.
As soon as we have any updates, we will let you know.

Issues with using a comma for numbers have been around for years and I have had to use work-arounds. Not only numbers but some French characters in some apps or widgets can get lost. I have a ticket in now for the Daily Digest.
I'm sure JF is trying to fix these issues, and I don't think this is a feature, It something that should be there not just a would like to have. Language issues have to be a big part of your forms working for all.
Just my nickels worth. I have nothing but good things to say about JF support. The help given to me over the years has been outstanding.

Thank you very much for the feedback. This is the way we do things on our end for better or for worse. We could set it as a bug ticket but since there is nothing to be fixed, it would not be resolved. If there is something that needs to be added, it is a new feature regardless of whether or not it should already be there. Certain developers add new things, certain ones fix already added things. This would be new functionality that needs to be added.

Here is another post about the exact same subject dated from March 2016
So yeah when I'm pissed off because we European people can't use properly number field because for you it's not that important

I personally have no control over the features added or the priority given to requests. I can only submit them and if there is enough demand, it will be added. I wish I could give you better news but this has been given a rather low priority, as did the ticket you referenced and is not likely to be added.
