Field not showing up on submitted form.

We have a form that randomly has stopped providing the answer in the email when it is inputted on the form.  After digging into the issue, I found that the "position change to" element under the field details the unique name is (positionchangeDISABLEDDISABLEDDISABLEDto).  Why is this happening and how can I resolve this?

I believe this is due to having what is being interpreted as an even in your label.  This would be the On Change portion of positiONCHANGE.  This error should have been fixed quite a while ago.  If you delete the field and add in a new one, the error should no longer be present.
