Can I change the "Reply-to Email"?

Is it possible to change the reply to email based on the responses given. For instance I would like the reply email to be the directors email if the director fills it out, but if  someone fills out a company email, I would like the reply email to go to them instead.

I cannot see your screenshot. But, yes that is possible. First you create another email notification for the director 

change the email recipient to the directors email

Then add condition.
