Form is stuck on "Please wait while we are processing your request..

    HI,

    I'm not sure why, but the form html code is on my wordpress website page, however, when I fill out the form and press submit the form stays in please wait..

    I have checked your web page and see that the form is embedded using WordPress form embed plugin. Could you try embedding the form using the default Javascript embed method and see if that works?

    Also, please make sure that you disable the form embed plugin in WordPress to avoid any conflicts.
