Thanks for reporting. That's a bug on the new form layout.
The coupon box shouldn't be there when there's no coupon available in the settings.
I have now raised this to our developers so they could fix this as soon as possible.
They will inform you here once this is resolved.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The problem should be fixed now. Coupon code will appear only if it's set. Please check your form and let me know if you'll need anything further.
