I am looking for creating a dynamic form that asks a question based on a previous answer?

    Like this:

Q1: How many childeren do you have?

Q2: age child #1 (based on answer answer above)

If you want to show a specific field based on a previous answer, that is possible to accomplish through conditional logic, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Yes but then you can only add the next question 1 time.

If Q1 => 1 then Q2 has to shown the number of times of the answer from Q1

    example

The person has 4 kids, so I need Q2 to be shown 4 times

You will need to add the same fields four times if that is the case. Then show them at once based on the selection in the previous field. The show/hide condition has the option to show multiple fields. Here's our guide for that:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

Here's a test form for this method: https://www.jotform.com/72344453226958. You can input up to 4 in the # of kids field.

OK thank you, this is indeed workaround, let's hope they do not have more kids ;-)
