Form not working

    HELLO. I choose to use the iframe embed feature. and am using Pagecloud cms. The form works up until the single selection part and then the next button does not work. I can swip on my phone or press right or enter on the keyboard on the desktop to progress but at the end I can not submit the form.

    Do you know what could be wrong?

    Hi,

    I checked your form on that website link you shared, filled it out and click the submit button. I was able to submit it successfully. Here's a screencast of my test:

    Could you please provide us more information of the problem you are getting? Are you getting any error messages? Is the problem specific on a device or a browser only? So far I'm using a desktop computer, Windows 10 and a Chrome browser.
